Your organization will be refunded up tp $10.00 per ticket pre-sold.

Our offer includes:

- Park full capacity is 1200 guests.
- Our pavilion will accommodate 300 guests at one time.

Monsoon Lagoon group policies
- Reservation paid in full 7 days prior to event
- Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, company or organization checks, or cash
- Cancellation required 7 days prior to the event or deposit will be forfeited.
- Free use of pavilion and all you can eat is for 1 hour, extended time for larger groups
- Monsoon Lagoon is not responsible for inclement weather, which may result in an event being rescheduled or cancelled. Please call same day to confirm event.
- All ticket sales are final upon confirmation of reservation. Unused Mega tickets may be enjoyed during the 2009 season (expiration 9/7/2009) but do not include amenities.
