These rules and guidelines are defined for the safety, welfare, and enjoyment of all persons purchasing and using Monsoon Lagoon season passes. Monsoon Lagoon will make every reasonable effort to enforce the following rules and regulations, but makes no representation or guarantees that it will be able to cite every violator.

1. I UNDERSTAND that all additional passes must be purchased at the time the primary pass is purchased. Additional passes are limited to immediate family members with the same address as primary passholder.

2. I UNDERSTAND that my pass is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. The season pass remains property of Monsoon Lagoon and may be REVOKED temporarily or permanently. Should you move or be unable to visit Monsoon Lagoon for any other reason during the 2004 operating season, NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS WILL BE MADE.

3. I UNDERSTAND that I must have my PHOTO ID SEASON PASS WITH ME TO ENTER THE PARK. Present your Monsoon Lagoon season pass at the designated entrance each day you visit the park. Additional identification may be required. Unauthorized use of a season pass is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Season passes are valid for use by the person pictured on the pass ONLY. If use is attempted by any person except the owner, the pass will be revoked without refund.

4. I UNDERSTAND THAT MONSOON LAGOON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST OR STOLEN SEASON PASS. Please use a locker or take other appropriate measures to avoid theft. In the event of a lost or stolen season pass, you must report the loss to the Monsoon Lagoon ticket booth where you may purchase a replacement pass for $10. Proper identification is required to purchase a replacement. I understand I should secure my season pass card to avoid loss.

5. I UNDERSTAND that my Monsoon Lagoon season pass is NOT VALID for special promotions and events.

6. I UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO CAPACITY LIMITATIONS and for the safety of other Guests, management reserves the right to decline admission while park is at capacity levels.

7. I UNDERSTAND THAT OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

8. I UNDERSTAND that Monsoon Lagoon is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY.

9. I UNDERSTAND that my MONSOON LAGOON SEASON PASS IS VALID during regular park operating hours of the 2004 season.

10. I UNDERSTAND that as a season pass holders are not eligible for rain checks.

11. I UNDERSTAND that MONSOON LAGOON SEASON PASS GUIDELINES AND SCHEDULES are subject to change without notice. I agree to observe and obey all posted signs.

12. I UNDERSTAND that no one under the age of 12 years is permitted in the park without an adult

13. I UNDERSTAND that MONSOON LAGOON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE ANY SEASON PASS WITHOUT REFUND FOR:
• Violation of park rules and/or safety procedures and regulations as posted throughout the park.
• Assisting another person in any way to obtain unauthorized entry to Monsoon Lagoon.
• Any violation of federal, state, or local laws while at Monsoon Lagoon.
• Any conduct deemed by Monsoon Lagoon Management to interfere with the safety or enjoyment of other guest.
• Entry into Monsoon Lagoon before or after park operating hours.

14. I UNDERSTAND that I am PARTICIPATING AT MY OWN RISK.

15. I UNDERSTAND that by purchasing season passes online I am agreeing to these terms
